How does random video chat work?

Press Start to find a partner. You can filter by gender/country. Use Next to skip. If someone leaves and no one else is waiting, you may be rematched with them while you keep searching.

What are profiles and People for?

After you meet someone you like, open profiles, browse People, send private messages, gifts and optional donations or subscriptions.

What are coins for?

Coins power gifts in chat, donations, creator subscriptions and self-serve advertising. Unused coins stay in your wallet after purchase.

Can I earn money on iosi.live?

Yes. When people send gifts, donations or buy your subscription, a share goes to your earnings. You can withdraw unconverted earnings via PayPal (minimums and limits apply), or convert them to coins.

What is the difference between earnings and coins?

Earnings can be withdrawn via PayPal when eligible. If you convert earnings to coins, that amount is for spending on the site and usually cannot be cashed out afterwards.

Is radio free?

Yes. Logged-in members can open free live radio stations from the Info menu.

Is the horoscope free?

Yes. The daily horoscope for all zodiac signs is free for members.

How do banner ads work?

Buy a 468×60 header or 728×90 leaderboard placement, upload your banner, set the click URL and pay. The ad goes live after successful payment for the chosen duration.

Can I get a refund?

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable. We do not refund user mistakes (wrong pack, wrong gift, change of mind, spent coins, activated ads/subscriptions). Read the full Refund Policy for details.
