These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the iosi.live website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using iosi.live, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About iosi.live

iosi.live is an adult social platform offering random video chat, member profiles, private messaging, virtual coins and gifts, donations, creator subscriptions, live radio, horoscope content, and self-serve advertising. Members may earn money from gifts, donations and subscriptions and request PayPal withdrawals from eligible earnings. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Eligibility (18+)

The Service is only for people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher). By registering you confirm your age. We may ask for verification and may suspend or delete accounts that appear underage.

3. Account

You need a member account (email or supported social login). Guests cannot use chat. You are responsible for your password, for activity under your account, and for keeping your profile information reasonably accurate.

One person should not run many accounts to evade bans, abuse reports, payments or filters. We may merge, limit or terminate accounts that abuse the system.

4. Community rules & acceptable use

You agree not to:

Show nudity, sexual acts, pornography or sexually explicit camera content
Harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk or bully anyone
Use hate speech or discriminate based on protected characteristics
Spam, scam, phishing, or ask strangers for money or financial details
Impersonate others, post illegal content, or promote illegal activity
Record, stream or republish other people’s video or chats without consent
Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the Service
Use bots, scripts or automation to game matching, reports or payments

5. Video chat & safety

During video chat keep your face visible when the camera is on. Covering the camera, blank screens used to evade moderation, or sudden sexual content may lead to reports and bans.

Never share your password, one-time codes, bank details, crypto wallets, or government ID with strangers. Use the in-app Report tools and contact support@iosi.live for serious incidents. Matching is random and we cannot guarantee who you will meet.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, bio text, messages and other content you upload. You grant iosi.live a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process that content as needed to run the Service (profiles, chat, moderation, backups). Do not upload content you do not have rights to. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Coins, gifts, donations & subscriptions

Coins are a virtual currency for use only on iosi.live (gifts, donations, subscriptions, advertising and other in-service features). When you receive gifts, donations or subscription payments, a platform share may apply and the remainder is credited as earnings. Coins spent by buyers are not the same as withdrawable earnings.

Purchases are processed by third-party providers (for example Stripe or PayPal). Prices are shown before checkout. Except where required by law, coin purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered to your wallet. Creator subscriptions and donations are voluntary support between members; chargebacks or fraud may result in account action.

Eligible unconverted earnings may be withdrawn via PayPal subject to platform fees, minimums, daily limits, identity checks and the payout rules shown in the wallet / withdrawals area. Converting earnings to spendable coins may reduce or remove the ability to cash out that amount.

8. Advertising

Self-serve ads go live after successful payment for the chosen size and duration. You must own or have rights to the banner and landing URL. Ads must not be misleading, illegal, pornographic, or harmful. We may pause or remove ads that violate these Terms or harm members, without obligation to extend time for removed abusive creatives.

9. Moderation, reports & bans

We may review reports, device/IP signals and payment disputes. We may warn, restrict features, shadow-limit matching, or permanently ban accounts. Ban appeals can be sent via the Contact page or support@iosi.live; we are not obliged to restore every account.

10. Privacy

We process account data (email, profile, photos), technical logs (IP, device, session), chat metadata needed for safety, and payment references from processors. We use this data to operate iosi.live, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal data as a product. Limited data may be shared with payment providers, hosting/infrastructure vendors, and when required by law. For privacy requests write to support@iosi.live.

11. Intellectual property

The iosi.live name, logo, design, code and original site content are protected. You may not copy the brand or scrape the Service for competing products without written permission.

12. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Video quality, match speed and uptime depend on networks and browsers. To the fullest extent allowed by law, iosi.live is not liable for disputes between members, lost chats, or indirect damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be announced on the site.
